Graeme Hills (PhD)
Backed by a Ph.D. in Astrophysics, Graeme is able to apply his extensive technical and scientific knowledge to a range of business problems, including process optimisation, business analysis and the production of Management Information. Graeme has an extensive track record in a range of sectors including Health, Personal Injury and Rehabilitation. This breadth of experience, combined with a diverse team, allows Graeme Hills Consultancy to find effective solutions for a wide range of businesses.
Graeme has 25 years’ experience of technical consultancy, account management and B2B sales across the private and public sectors. Accomplished at managing high-level relationships, maintaining revenues and growing accounts. He has an excellent ability to influence and liaise effectively at all levels within an organisation.
Giorgia Tibaldero (PhD)
Senior Business Consultant
Giorgia holds a PhD in the fields of Life Science and Synthetic Biology, where she worked on improving carbon fixation in bacteria for bioplastic production. While working as research scientist at the University of Nottingham she also honed her skills in computational biology related to protein molecular modelling and genomic analysis.
She worked as bioprocess team lead in a biotech start-up before joining Graeme Consultancy team in early 2022. Giorgia specialises in Power BI, Data Structures and Management Information Design.
Liam Crawford (PhD)
Senior Technical Consultant
Liam has a PhD in the field of Microbial Genetics where he researched alternatives to antibiotics such as the use of nanopolymers and bacteriophages, where he learnt a range of biological and computational techniques. He further worked as a research fellow at the University of Nottingham developing materials to prevent the attachment of problematic microorganisms.
Liam joined the team at the beginning of 2023 and specialises in Power BI, Management Information, and Power Automate.
Darryl Brown (MSc)
Technical Consultant
Darryl holds a MSc in Computer Science and Cyber Security from the University of Sunderland which enabled him to combine advanced security techniques with Data Analysis. Darryl’s experience includes work for a boutique forensic accountant and a large UK based, wealth management company to develop a broad range of Data Analysis skills.
Joining Graeme Hill Consultancy in 2024, Darryl specialises in Power BI, Business Intelligence & Data Migration.
